Important dates for ordering match kits & special designs
To ensure we can deliver your match kits and custom-designed garments in time for the start of the season, it is important that you place your order no later than 6 weeks before your opening match.
Preliminary season starts:
Elitserien: October 10
Allsvenskan: October 18
Elitserien Women: October 18
Your order must therefore be fully designed and ready by no later than
August 29
(Sept 5 for teams in Allsvenskan)
The sooner you secure your sponsors and have everything in place, the more time we have to correct any errors and ensure a smooth delivery. If you are planning a photoshoot before the start of the season, remember to add extra time to your planning.

How does it work?
Compile your design ideas
– Your ideas, sketches, or images for the match kit pattern.
– Desired colors.
– All sponsor logos in vectorized format – EPS, SVG, or PDF, along with desired placement.
– The team’s logo
– Your choice of font for names & numbers. www.dafont.com and fonts.google.com are good sources to use

Email your order and design to design@kosa.se
We will confirm your order and begin the design work in collaboration with you. Communication takes place via email. A video call may be scheduled if necessary.
The design process can take 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Approve proof
The final step before the garments are sent for printing is for you to approve the proof. Afterward, your order is sent for sublimation.
Production
Your garments are created and sublimated.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided in the order form.
Keep in mind!
- Delivery time is 4-5 weeks after production has started.
- 3 proofs are included in the price. After that, we charge a fee of 750 SEK for a new proof.
- The person ordering sublimated products is responsible for reviewing and checking that all logos in the final proof match the respective company’s graphic profiles as well as any requests regarding placement, color, and shape.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that rights for logos may be used according to the companies’ approval and guidelines.
- Before you approve the proof – check that the order details are correct, i.e., number of products, size, number, name, color, etc.
Briefly about Sublimation
What is Sublimation?
Sublimation occurs when a state changes from solid directly to gas without passing through the liquid phase. Using the sublimation technique when printing on clothing means that the solid color particles are changed into gas form with the help of heat and pressure, only to then reunite with a polymer (in this case, polyester) back into a solid state.
Benefits of sublimation?
This causes the sublimation ink to become one with the material (in this case, one with the textile fibers). The durability of the print is therefore as high as the lifespan of the garment. It also means that, unlike transfer and screen printing which sit on top of the garment’s surface, you cannot “feel” the print on the garment’s surface. The answer is simple! We use this technique because the result provides both the high quality and durability of the print that we demand, and because it produces garments that are flexible and compliant, with prints that do not affect body movement or cause irritation while you practice your sport.
