PURCHASES AND ORDERS
To enter into a purchase agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse a customer purchase.
Discontinue selling a product at any time.
Cancel a purchase if we cannot process your payment, if an item is out of stock, or if obvious errors in price or product information have occurred.
International Purchases
For purchases outside of Sweden, customs duties and other fees may apply. The customer is responsible for all such additional costs.
Customers within the EU (Legal Guarantee): As a private individual within the EU, you always have a statutory Legal Guarantee of Conformity of at least two (2) years from the receipt of the goods for original defects.
Customers in Sweden: According to Swedish law, you have a three (3) year right to file a claim for original defects.
Returns for international purchases: In the event of a withdrawal (right of withdrawal) from abroad, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any administrative fees.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
For NON-LOGGED IN customers, prices include Swedish VAT but exclude shipping.
Final costs are shown in the checkout before the purchase is completed.
Payments are validated by the chosen service provider (e.g., Klarna). We do not handle cash.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to ship orders within 1 to 3 working days under normal conditions.
For made-to-order items (e.g., sublimated jerseys), delivery time is at least 4 weeks.
Unclaimed packages: For international purchases, a fee of 30 EUR is charged for packages that are not picked up or refused at delivery. For Swedish customers, the fee is 95 SEK.
International Delivery: Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK or 200 EUR.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
30-Day Open Purchase: We offer an extended 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. This exceeds the statutory EU requirement of 14 days, providing you with extra time to ensure your equipment is right for you.
Exceptions: Intimate products, underwear, and custom-made/sublimated products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached).
CLAIMS (REKLAMATION)
Claims apply only to original defects (manufacturing faults or damage during initial handling/shipping).
The customer must inspect the product upon receipt and report faults within a reasonable time (normally within 2 months of discovery).
Legal Timeframes: Consumers in Sweden have 3 years to file a claim, while customers in the rest of the EU have a minimum of 2 years.
Assessment: Since KOSA products are consumer goods subject to high wear (e.g., bandy sticks), material or production faults typically manifest immediately. If an issue has not appeared within 30 days of use, KOSA generally deems the product free of original defects.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed once the returned goods are received and inspected. If the product shows signs of use, a 100% value reduction may be applied. Refunds are made to the original payment account, typically within 14 days.

Warranty & Claims Policy – ARC Bandy Sticks
Updated: 2026-03-09
This policy applies specifically to bandy sticks of the brand ARC. As a proud Swedish company, we value high quality and want you to feel secure with your equipment from KOSA.
1. 30-Day Warranty
We offer a voluntary 30-day warranty for our ARC series bandy sticks (excluding ARC AIR). The warranty period is calculated from the date the product is delivered or received by the customer.
The warranty covers: Original manufacturing defects, such as material flaws or production defects that manifest during normal use according to the product’s intended purpose.
The warranty does not cover:
- ARC AIR Series: Due to its extremely lightweight optimized construction, this series is not covered by the 30-day warranty.
- Normal wear and tear: Scratches, cosmetic damage, or marks from ball contact/impact.
- External impact: Damage caused by impact with goalposts, ice, or other sticks outside of normal play.
- Modification: Interventions beyond normal cutting of the shaft or taping.
2. Claims (Legal Guarantee)
A claim (reklamation) means that you notify us that a product had an original defect that was present at the time of purchase, even if it manifests later. Under Swedish law, consumers have up to 3 years to file a claim. For international customers within the EU, a minimum of 2 years legal guarantee applies.
Our assessment: Since material or production defects on a bandy stick almost always manifest immediately, we have chosen to offer a 30-day warranty. If a defect has not appeared within the first 30 days of use, our starting point is that the product did not have an original defect, which we take into account during a claim assessment.
3. How do I file a claim?
For a warranty claim or legal claim, you should within a reasonable time (preferably within 2 months of discovering the defect): Fill out our digital form [HERE].
Alternatively, contact info@kosa.se with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos/video.
The date provided by tracking information or signed receipt serves as the basis for the warranty period. Claims that do not meet this policy will be declined.
